Is cutting medial canthas worth

Ive been considering cutting my canthas for a minute, ive seen all these mfs do it but like do the risks outweigh the rewards like you botching yourself or getting an infection or smtnn

I think my tilt is already good but like why not cut it idk i gotta do more research but lmk.
