Not mandatory however it is detrimental for your health. If your gonna stay on nic vapes seem like a healthier option. If you just care about nic and not smoking pouches are great. But none are healthy and i obviously don’t reccomend the use of any nicotine or weed under 21

I really hope u don’t relapse but if it is cigs are terrible terrible for u. Keep that in mind. smoke is worse than vapor generally and certainly worse than pouches in my opinion.
And remember you don’t need to have a streak. If you do it once on accident, that’s not an excuse to feel defeated and do it again. There’s no real streak

yea it was really hard i locked myself in my room for like the first 3 days but after that it was cake. I dont think imma relapse
