I can average 600km in a week when going cross country through mountainous Korea

Now imagine me in a flat country. Could prob double that

Why don’t you buy a better bike

expected you to have a decent 10,000$ bike at least

The person makes the bike not the other way around

I’ve now upgraded to this $500 bike in Thailand. Haven’t transitioned to the other type of handle bars yet but that might be my next type of bike

It means athleticism, chad trait, also doing hill sprints on bike is great for leg gains

600km a week mirin, this is a pro cyclist average weekly mileage
presumably all just steady state volume though

not working on lactate threshold and VO2max and cadence drills and sprints as a pro would. most fit people should be able to knock out 600 km if they’re just cruising round with no major obligations.

it provides a great aerobic base if he did want to take it further though.
