Is Daily Tretinoin 0.1% Optimal OR NOT?

So I have been on 0.1% adapalene for about 1 month and a half switched to 0.1% tretinoin and Its been 2 weeks now. I am using it daily but my question is, should I continue using it daily?? or is it more effective to do it like 3-4 times a week instead and giving my skin rest days.

0.1 adapelene does not equal 0.1 tretinoin , 0.1 adapelene is as strong as 0.025 tret. I started using 3 times a week in 1st month then 4 times a week in 2 nd

so stop using it daily?? TBH I am noticing some redness on my face now which is why I stopped doing it daily and I am doing it every other day now
