How do I describe myself? I would say I am in the ectomorph - mesomorph range (13% bf approx) somewhere around there and I can deadlift 120 kg, bench 80 kg and I don’t squat

Thoughts?

Gonna hit 150 by summer next year hopefully if I’m lucky enough more than that tbh

Depends on how long have you been doing it. I bench pathetic amount of 60kg but I've been only going for 2 weeks lul.

I mean fuck me… I thought I was gonna bench way less than that gave it a shot after a good 2 months of only dumbbell pressing and I was actually impressed jfl

Pretty Damn good if ur natty.
I think my all time highest bench was only like 128kg

Dalits in my JYM do 102kg for warmups but they are powershitters.

Nah, boyo. They deadlift 300kg for reps. I even recorded it if you care.

Yeah it's weird cos there is so much conflicting info, and I think it also depends on where you are, which mainly drives if people are natty or not.

I don't know anyone from school or work who even benched 100 ever (ok maybe 1 or 2 people, but I've encountered more people than most), only time I've really seen people push 2 plates was rugby, and we talking 20 years ago, so times have changed, and out of a team of 25, maybe 5 could bench 100.

Similarly even at the gyms I go to in uk, Australia, Asia, ur talking less than 20 people I seen in last 15 years who can bench 100.

But then on .org and other forums it seems everyone does that so idk.

I still think for a natty, 100 is impressive. But also I don't really have gymcels in my circle, it's people who prob gym 2-4 times a week for max an hour
