I just think that any weight on the deadlift higher then your bodyweight is going to cause some spinal problem's and i do them twice a week only to not break or injure my back. I do 4-5 set's of 12 rep's 60% of my Bodyweight mass.

U can skip deadlift if u scared of it and replace with other exercise. Its not mandatory.

Yeah i focus on more other excerise's that have more emphasis of the aesethetic's then performance/strength based. i still do deadlifts twice a week just never more then 20kg past my own bodyweight

Yes so i do my normal rep range of 12 reps and 4-5 sets until it becomes easy asf and then progress to heavier weight that i can do 12 reps 4-5 sets with muscular failure

nice deadlift god's usually have better leverage's (long leg's,short torso and long arms ) and spinal structure + Neuron drive then the average male

My deadlift routine. I got a 435 deadlift this way.

My goal is to bench my bodyweight, so 2 x bodyweight bench and 1.5 x bodyweight squat is a decent goal IMO.
