You have to have communication skills which is low inhib but also the ability to make claims and be knowledgeable. You have to recognize patterns in the person and be observant which is high iq. It could also be both but the likelihood of being high iq low inhib is low

definetly low inhib iq doesnt mean much in case of a debate and high iq takes usually doesnt accepted by mainstream
