obviously you see all these guys that look like there debloated because you can see their bone structure so well, but is it just due to their optimal bone structure or is their legitimate ways to debloat? There’s natural diuretics, coconut water, cutting sodium levels, lymphatic drainage… but does it really work? I have noticed slight differences after drinking a substantial amount of coconut water but is that just placebo?
Also I hate just being one of those greys that ask questions so if anyone has any tips on how to find credible studies I would really appreciate it.

Depends on alot
But for debloating the only none cope is drinking alot of water and diuretics
Cardio works but only for a few hours after and you need to sweat alot

It’s not cope. Generally just try to be lean (11-13% bf) and if you’re still bloated for whatever reason, take diuretics & avoid high consumption of sodium

Good diuretics are hctz + amiloride, for example. They sell it with amiloride, im not saying to buy it separately. The amiloride will prevent your potassium from going too low, so no cramps or anything like that

Furosemide works but isnt good to use often. Use furosemide 1-2x a month maximum, space out each use about 2 weeks, take it 4 hours before an event and only take it before events that won’t involve eating or drinking because you’ll puff up again pretty quickly.
