Is debloating a good option at 13?

i seen other forums say it’s just baby fat but idk I track my food for a cal defecit and my sodium to potassium ratio is on average like 4:1 should I try to minimize it?

You probably don't need a calorie deficit, and you should look into how much sodium to potassium to do to optimize health rather than bloat.

Most men have higher buccal fat pads throughout puberty compared to their late teens or early 20s, which is when the fat pads start to shift, which is why aiming for hollow cheeks isn't recommended when you're below 20 as you don't know how the real fat distribution of your face.

If you are chubby then start playing more sports, lifting and eating a healthy diet, that's about it really. Or you could go into a mild 200-300 calorie deficit, but that's about the max I'd reccomend (however i"m no medical professional). Swimming is the best sport to burn more calories than you consume in case you're...

debloating isnt fat g what, debloating reffers to bloat. not losing fat
u can still debloat with ur baby fat, just increase potassium intake and drink 4L water a day

this is an age where you should be eating alot of food so long as it is healthy in all other aspects. it isnt harmful, but it isnt necessary either. at this age you should focus on trying not to be socially retarded in the future so kicking a ball around and doing sports would be good if you want to reduce body and face fat while eating alot as to not stunt your growth and simultaneously have social stimulation while distracting yourself from this god awful forum

I’m on a 500 cal defecit but I make sure to get at least 120g of protein a day my maintenance is 2,600
 
this is an age where you should be eating alot of food so long as it is healthy in all other aspects. it isnt harmful, but it isnt necessary either. at this age you should focus on trying not to be socially retarded in the future so kicking a ball around and doing sports would be good if you want to reduce bodyfat while eating healthy AND socially stimulating while distracting yourself from this god awful forum
I workout for an hour after boxing practice which is usually some good cardio I don’t know if that’s healthy or not

you overweight or anything? make sure to lift as well as eating protein cuz if you lose muscle mass along with fat then ull end up skinny fat like the average curry

ur only 13. play sports, wear a mouth guard. i have a theory this results in mewing. why a lot of athletes have nice jaws

my bmi used to be 31 I’m down to 24.7 now I do workout a lot at home and at the gym I’ve lost like 35lbs over 6-8 months
