Increases igf1 and it’s sensitivity through the way it’s increases insulin sensitivity

Builds lean and not “borrowed gains” like many people on reddit and meso rx say

Burns fat and really strongly aswell (anecdotal but I’ve been losing weight since eating like shit but still making progress and I’m already 30-40% stronger in all my lifts)

Joint health, I’ve noticed my night height is only .2 inches shorter. Increased synovial fluid
