I think bone structure is more important then soft features since it has such a large influence on soft features. A recessed maxilla can lead to crooked nose due to recessed anterior nasal spine, recessed supraorbital contribute to UEE, bad under eye support(infraorbital rim and cheekbone recession) leads to eyebags, sceleral show etcYes it will but you have to be willing to get to 12% which is difficult for most people. The real black pill is low body fat can make even recessed/weak bones look good.
The insanely boney look isn’t end all be all if you look at attraction from female perspective. There are plenty of examples of guys with bad bones whom girls think are really attractive because they have good soft features
That’s why in my opinion if someone is trying to improve their looks with surgery it’s important to prioritize fixing any bone structure issues first since bone structure has a large role in the appearance of soft tissues
