Is deppression just being deficient in a place of the needs heirachy?

Depression is either because your parents were depressed and you inherited their genes and have insufficient and unbalanced neurotransmitters in your synapses.

Or your life isn't where you want it to be and you blame yourself.

Trust me there's suicidality in my family. It is literally that your brain isn't functioning the way other peoples brains do. And it takes time and skill to learn how to deal with it

I remember feeling depressed from when I was 4 years old. It's mostly genetic
