Is derma stamp microneedling?

I’m trying to fix my acne scars and I got a derma stamp but people mention the pens instead and my dumbass also used 3 mm length which is overkill

I need tips

holy fuck 3mm is crazy but derma stamps are fine just reduce the length to maybe around 1.0mm first
