Is dermaroller cope or it really helps eyebrows growth?

I used to use it like few months ago, it thickened my eyebrows(slightly) but I regret using it on my skin because I have skin problems, it made it worse and reddish. but yeah definitely worth on eyebrows, but also use moisturizer after the process because it helps healing skin faster
