Minox is cope, once you start you have to keep using it. Minoxidil increases blood circulation to your scalp, but once you stop using it, blood circulation will return to normal levels and excess hair follicles produced will fall out and eventually return to normal levels (not receiving enough nutrients from bloodflow). This applies to your hair, eyebrows and maybe beard
