I've been living with pretty much all of my dht nuked by dutasteride for 3 years and all that's changed is that my ejaculation is more watery (and even then it could be just that I've upped my fapping frequency, if I go 3 or 4 days without doing it its decent again)

So wtf is dht even supposed to do?

DHT is 5x times more stronger than actual T it is the true masculinity hormone. It makes your chin and brow ridge grow (most dimorphic traits by far). Reason asians look childish and have micropenises is they have nearly zero dht and terrible dht receptors.

DHT is an androgen and helps give males their male characteristics. DHT is thought to cause hair follicles to miniaturize, and this contributes to male pattern hair loss. By the age of 50 years, over half of the men in the U.S. will probably experience hair loss mediated by DHT.

DHT is a male sex hormone created when certain enzymes convert testosterone in men's testes and prostate and women's ovaries. DHT is a more powerful hormone than testosterone that actually is essential for most hair growth — except on the head. There, it may attach to hair follicles for a considerable time.

Dihydrotestosterone is a hormone that stimulates the development of male characteristics (an androgen). It is made through conversion of the more commonly known androgen, testosterone. Almost 10% of the testosterone produced by an adult each day is converted to dihydrotestosterone, by the testes and prostate (in men), the ovaries (in women), the skin and other parts of the body. This figure is much lower before puberty however, and it is thought that the increased dihydrotestosterone production may be responsible for the start of puberty in boys, causing development of the genitals (penis, testes and scrotum) and growth of pubic and body hair. This hormone also causes the prostate to grow and is thought to combine with testosterone causing the expression of male sexual behaviour. Dihydrotestosterone is many times more potent than testosterone, and many of the effects that testosterone has in the body only happen after it is converted to dihydrotestosterone.

So it's important during your developing years? If you're fully grown and block your dht it seems to do nothing

Important in teenage years it is important for manly personality too it makes u more agressive etc. Also erection is all about dht so you will have a smaller penis if u block it.

Makes sense why my browridge chin nose and dick are the only forward grown things on my body :lul: and why i was nw 1.5 since 14 yrs old

Why the fuck do men lose more hair as they grow older when both T and DHT are lower as men get older. When men age they T production slows and DHT should slow as well since theres less T and DHT needs T for conversion. Fuck nature bruv :feelsrope:

No, DHT has absolutely no use :)

sensitivity to DHT increases as different genes are activated as u age

Old men that never experienced MPD can conversely lose hair due to low testosterone.

50% of men start losing hair a huge part of their hair in late 20s. This is utter and complete bullshit. People in GENERAL lose hair density with old age, including women. In fact almost half of women experience significant female pattern baldness (diffuse thinning in the crown) after middle age, there's just way less awareness on it.

Finasteride and its long term efficacy is proof that these theories are bunk. I saw two of my cousins go from NW1 to NW3 in 2 fucking years, both in their early 20s. They're robust animal farmers that have a better diet than most people here, eat everything organic, eggs straight from chicken's ass hole.

Keep gaslighting people into baldness you pieces of shit

how am I gas lighting lol. I'm saying that genes are activated at later ages for some people that will make them bald even if their T or DHT is lower than when they were in their 20s. So finasteride would still help them. Are you implying to not take finasteride? then you sir would be the gaslighter into baldness u ultra cuck

probably since your getting dht in your system. The reason why men bald is that they are sensitive to DHT. and we all know that DHT miniaturizes the hair follicles

Ask anyone who went on Proviron or other DHT boosting substances how they felt. It's godly for mood and libido/erections. Supraphysiological levels of testosterone can compensate to an extent but not fully IMO (talking past puberty; if you're not done growing DHT is absolutely critical). I'm also convinced your penile tissue will atrophy if you nuke your DHT long term.

Hairloss is honestly approached retardedly. DHT is actually NEEDED. DHT is actually what helps maturise a male face into being defined and strong. Like jaw bones, chins, browridge, etc etc DHT HELPS GROW THESE. HOW HAIRLOSS SHOULD ACTUALLY BE APPROACHED, is by somehow reducing hair's DHT SENSITIVITY. If you could somehow chemically change the property of hair, so that it wont be as sensitive to DHT production, then you would literally fix the hairloss problem, properly.

came across one study mentioning ketoconazole may disrupt the DHT pathway in your scalp, potentially inhibiting DHT and slowing hair loss, did got anything else or better
