It is good, only issue is skin, prostate and hair which two of these can be countered by topicals. Unless you have severe issues with hair or prostate dont use fin especially not duta. Use RU-58841. It blocks DHT at the receptor level locally to your scalp. that way you dont mess with your systemic DHT which you need

I heard it has less effects on the symstemic dht level but not that it has no effects.nvm it’s a better option than finasteride so Tyy
