Testosterone can't give you bones, all of the heavy lifting with dimorphic traits is a result of genetics or DHT interactions with genetics. dht itself correlates high with body hair and masculine features, but some guys dont get a lot of hair from dht. also i believe that hair related stuff is often related to actual age often times, and that it typically takes a certain amount of time to see hair growth. plenty of guys have high body hair and patchy beards. the vellus hairs become terminal with time exposed to dht. if all the hair follicles were activated, you would observe the utilization of whatever dht you walk around with. it is true however that testosterone being higher results in more dht being generated, and the more dht in your system the more likely it is saturate the hair follicles due to higher concentration. the more exposure the vellus hairs have to dht the faster they go terminal
