Fuck no, diet's hella important.

The thing with diet is that what goes inside your body reflects on the outside - health indicators (clear skin, undertones, white sclera, etc.).

Health indicators are a big part of being attractive, as they signal reproductive fitness (alongside other factors ofc.)

Not to mention optimal diet and lifestyle while growing will pretty much optimize the growth phase that you only really get once in a lifetime.

On top of diet you should ideally also optimize sleep and exercise and your overall health I'd say.

Eat food but get your insulin. Since you cant signal insulin, you gotta pin it yourself.
 
diets important but people make it out to be some sort of magic in reality without a genetic baseline youll never achieve your aspirations. if you have a semi decent diet lets say 50/50 of whole foods and slop youll hit your genetic potential.

this was when i was serverly obese now im serverly overweight in BMI, bodyfat % Is 27-28% since i have pretty good Active tissue

Im pretty sure dieting doesnt really promote any growth but you should get a head start on everyone else your age because most kids are fat fucks who are gluttonymaxxed on goyslop ultra processed shit

Im dietmaxxing anyways since i want to lose Weight(even if slowly to not hurt growth by too low cslories)

Thats exacly what im doing, my bmr Is 2170(when i was shorter now im 2 inches taller), i walk between 15k to 20k steps a day to burn calories

good, make sure to eat 3k of high quality food a day

if you give your body 3k of good shit a day, theres pretty much no way it wont use it to grow during puberty
