why do people preach diet but chads grew up eating subway and goyslop and developed , i mean is it truly all genes or could diet change a normie in a mogger.

No, it’s not cope. One of the few looksmaxxing things that factually isn’t. I was working out the same amount in both these photos, I was even playing D1 football in the one on the right. The difference was going the extra mile to not touch any processed foods or sugar, and you can see the diff

Isn’t cope, diet is law & everything but you could still look good with a shit diet if ur genetics are phenomenal though you can’t look like ‘shit’ if your health indicators and diet is on point

And where did the body recomp come from? The food choices, cutting out the bs, bot just the macros. I’ve been through the just track your macros, it’s ok to eat processed foods here and there, and it got me literally nowhere.

body recomp comes from eating at maintenance for and extended period of time thats what happened regardless of your choices as you are the same weight

Brother I was the same weight from junior year of high school at 16 through freshmen year of college ball at 19 and I promise you, while I got stronger/faster, not shit changed in my facial fat or body fat

If this were true literally everyone who goes to the gym casually and kinda eats right, making up MOST the gym population, would be pretty shredded. But most people at your local gym probably walk around at 17-20% bf

everyone at gyms are usually eating in a slight calorie surplus plus have low muscle mass not knowing what they are doing so they stay like that

diet is law, most importantly during development, for example. Cholesterol is precursor to testosterone. or calcium "forms" your bones. next to genetics most important thing is diet

This would imply that they are gaining weight over time. Most semi active people don’t just continuously gain weight unless it’s deliberate. Your body will naturally keep you at maintenance. The only way to make significant progress is by locking down your diet and cutting out bullshit, and or bulk/cut cycles
 
Exercise is more important. Fine to eat gross slop from time to time as long as you burn it off & combine it with healthy food.

u also just need it to for everyday purposes like mood and to develop properly ofc

Proteik intake matters when yiure developing but after then not too important,if you live in a furst world contry optimizing your diet wont do much if anything since your diet is probably fine

Diet is not cope, if you have good bones best thing you can do is leanmaxx by avoiding sugar and eating healthy paired with some form of exercise.
