is diuretics going to make me more bloated

im taking furo 40mg and it debloats me right
i look worse in the following days(me normally is less bloated than me few days after furo)

what should i do not to let this happen?i drink plenty of water because it dehydrates me obv

what else should i do to prevent this

i think chugging water can contribute to it, but i have the same issue tbh

supercompensation causes it. thats why you dont take lasix and find a more long term solution.
