Look here’s what I don’t understand about this: even if you cut your mouth I would think it doesn’t look bigger. Why? Because when you look at a face the lips are what we know is the mouth. Even if you cut it, your lips won’t get bigger you can just open your mouth more. And besides this, what if you open your mouth and one part which is open doesn’t even have lips?? That would just look very strange. So all in all the Jeff the killer aesthetic is not for me.

For me 10 teeth show when I smile though the 10th are a bit hard to see.

If it would actually help yes but it's a horrible spot to regenerate, it won't permanently widen it just add scaring, won't be symmetrical etc
