Dnp is risky tho, the odds of dying are very small but if you have a shit source and you don't too high it can have consequences

In my experience, DNP taken at 250mg powder form per day with no front loading is pretty safe, just bad sides. Taking it with reta usually I can lose 8-10 pounds of pure fat in a 3 week cycle while also taking weekends off to feel normal and not kill my social life. Think once you go over 4mg/kg the sides become more frustrating though.
