see how you feel, then up the dosage gradually if needed
i don't recommend very high dosages like 500-600mg you will feel not good (but i doubt you'd die from that, if anything bad happens use cold bath and you're good)
actually dnp can be even beneficial for health because it ups your metabolism and increases co2 which is very protective for cells
i think it's been used as nootropic at low dosages like 50mg
