nah seriously i've always been able to do less reps on the 3rd set than the first, but never really felt like i was 'done' with any movement after just two.

I just can't gaslight myself into thinking the third set isn't doing shit for me 😭

ive been doing 2 sets for a while now and seen alot more progress.

Do 2 sets 6-8 reps to failure, rly hard

sounds like your carbohydrate intake is low
 
I do 4 sets of 33KG hammer curls for 8 reps each i feel the pump daily

3rd set isn’t cope, if your first two sets are actually hard enough (close to failure, clean form), the 3rd usually just piles on fatigue with less return. but if you’re still feeling fresh after two, you probably weren’t near failure in the first place. depends on intensity, personally i’d rather do 2 all-out sets than 3 lazy ones.
