Is doing an under eye fat graft before jaw surgery a bad idea?

Wondering if LJS would somehow fck up eye results, or if I should wait (a whole year) until after the surgery to get eyes done

I'm doing fat graft too but we need to wait AFTER our DJS, my philosophy is: firstly the structural changes, then the soft tissue.. bc moving the maxilla can change the soft tissue under the eyes, u want to do fat graft there AFTER... expecially if doing infras implants too, like me

I'm getting DJS for sleep apnea. Although I'm tempted to get blepharoplasty because I have bad under eye bags I also hear of guys curing sleep apnea with DJS then their eye bags going away. Also jaw surgery changes the structure of the face a lot. I've also heard of people with a deviated septum having it completely straightened out with a jaw surgery.

I agree you should get your eyes done after DJS because of the gains you can get from maxillary projection, but I only need LJS

then if u're doing ONLY LJS, I don't see any problems doing a fat graft before that
