Is doing buccal fat removal while being overweight a bad idea?

Im not talking about if i see potential after i lose weight that i won’t decide not to anymore (btw ik i should lose weight, im currently on reta and losing it just takes time). i will still do it since i used to be skinny and have alot of face fat, im talking about is there any difference in results.
