I've been thinking about double jaw surgery, but I'm not sure if it's worth it in my case. I can eat, sleep, and breathe just fine, no major functional issues—but my entire jaw and ramus are basically a circle. No definition, no angles, just round.

Would surgery be overkill, or is it still worth considering for aesthetics? Has anyone been in a similar situation and seen good results?

I don't know if it's retarded to risk it :feelswhy:

It could ascend me away from being a sub-5.

There’s no point asking if you’d benefit from jaw surgery without photos.

Photos are a lot more reliable than .org neurotic ramblings.

It somewhat does by widening it but yes, it doesn't lower it or make it more "straight", depends on the problem.
