The optimal protein intake according to several medical studies and dietary guidelines, is approximately 1.5g per kg of weight. Obviously, depending on the age range, but it’s an AVG. What I want to say with this is, after a lot of deep research I have done; if you mega-dose protein, at the end of the day, your body will only absorb the amount of protein it needs and the rest will be expelled through the urine, so if you consume too much protein you will only put too much pressure on your kidneys, hurting them.
So, according to @enchanted_elixir if we want to increase our height naturally, mega-dosing protein is a way of; since protein in conjunction with HGH form IGF-1, which is the hormone responsible for growth. But is it really worth it/legit to do it? Has anyone been successful with this?
On a daily basis, I consume about 4 eggs (scrambled or fried with red meat) along with 500 mL of whole milk or fruit juice for breakfast. In the afternoon, I eat 150g of chicken breast skinless accompanied by carbs such as pasta; rice; bread and broccoli; potato. In the dinner (evening) two hours before sleeping, I usually eat whatever. So ED, assuming I ate this on a daily basis, I’d get about 120g of protein.
