Why would you go to dr gunson and pay that much. Go to any surgeon skillful enough to make a 10-12mm movement. If you want vertical with a bone graft then same principle applies.

I'm a retarded blindcel. I'm not sure what his prices for genio alone is. His bimax is outrageously expensive though and considering his not so great track record I wouldn't really go with him. Numerous reports of being botched only for Gunson to leave patients on read and vanish
