Is Dr. Sailer worth it?

Is seeing Dr. Sailer or another "name brand" surgeon worth it? Money is no longer an issue for me and I'd rather blow my money on surgery than pay it to the IRS for foodstamps for some single mom who got pump and dumped by Chad. Can top surgeons really push the limits with surgery or is it really no different than a normal maxfac with a good reputation?

ive been to his office once, its all just moneymaking to him i couldnt trust him and i wasnt blown away by his surgery catalogue
