Is drawing/art comes from being born or it is created?

People such as me cant create something but only replicate someones work in art but i have a really good interest in it i want to get better and create something on my own

Being born talented at art

It’s an iq thing

Tbh it’s surprising how many foids can draw really well

So many foids I went to middle and high school with can draw extremely well, if I tried it would look like some retard 2nd grader put in all his might and effort

I know more foids better at drawing than men and I don’t exactly know why
