yes. water in itself is not hydrating and gives no benefits and gives more harm the more you intake. water from natural springs, milk, and fruits are okay though. Milk and fruits best probs tho

if youre aiming to "debloat" it wont do shit just dont eat carbs or lower your carbohydrate intake
