i drink a ton of water about 5l or 169oz

kinda related but i have a bad habit of drinking so much of my water in 1 sitting so like 500ml in 5 minute period while studying, and then i piss it all out 10 mins after is this considered nutrient flushing??
The best way to gauge how much water to drink is by listening to your body.
Are you urinating too much? Drink less.
Are you starting to feel lethargic? Drink less.

If you're worried about nutrient flushing, take electrolytes in the morning or mid-day.

5L is probably too much, you're practically flushing nutrients out at that rate.
I aim for about 3L daily.

Depends if there's symptoms or not.

If there are, talk to your doctor about electrolyte imbalances.

Look into symptoms of 'hyponatremia'

yeah i used to slam water all day thinking it would debloat me, but js left me feeling weak and shaky 24/7
