Fasting is surprisingly not very good for debloating.

If you want to debloat on demand, simply drink a lot of water and sodium in your normal diet, and when you need to be fully debloated you simply cut off both the day before your event, maybe add some carbs to make muscles look fuller. Boom next day you are dry as fuck.

Or just put on 2 sweaters and run 10km

does the high water + high sodium debloat you or just the sudden switch to not water/sodium? Also what are some good sources for sodium

Basically, your body excretes excess sodium through urine and sweat, and to do that it needs water, so when you consume a lot of both, your body will try to excrete it all. You will have to pee several times a day and you will sweat more easily.

You will do this so that even when you cut them off, your body will continue excreting at a high rate, depleting your water storages.

To get sodium, literally just eat salt. I would recommend 5 to 8 grams a day.

Just avoid an imbalance. High water low salt causes water retention as well, contrary to what most people think.
