Is Duolingo good for learning Russian? Or any other language?

I've been using Duolingo everyday for abit over a month now, I have a basic understanding of the Russian language, I know the letters, basic greetings, basic Understanding of Russian sentences, blah blah blah etc..

I would say I'm comparible to a 24 month old Russian toddler

Duolingo is okay for learning languages but its more of like a crutch while you primarily learn the language in another more efficient way.
