is earplugs at night IQ min ?

i can only sleep with earplugs in but i worry that the less brain stimulation make me lose IQ . humans would ideally sleep with ambient natural sounds which cause brain stimulation . will i get neurodegeneration ?

i cant sleep with them out cuz people talking and also the fan makes sound but i need fan or feel hot

you dont need a fan. your body will adapt eventually

maybe . but its still unnatural to have no sound at night . its a different kind of brain stimulation .
