i ate 10 glizzys when my dad walked into the kitchen and told me i ate like a ravaging beast and i told him it’s just light snack for me and that i am bulking. i fried it in oil and i toasted the buns in oil too and i put some mustard and ketchup on em. after eating all if them i still didn’t feel full and eat 2 slices of pizza and drank 500 ml of coca cola zero. i’m trying keep my calories around 3000-3500 while bulking because i don’t want to put on too much fat. i was wondering how many calories i ate i asked chat gpt how many caloried my meal contaied.

It said it had around 4000-5000 calories which is absurd i know i didn’t just eat that much. ain’t no way. why did chat gpt try to make me feel like a fatass. i am 90 kg 195 cm lean and that was just a light meal for me so i know chat gpt be lying.
