4 eggs a day provide you with almost all the minerals and nutrients you need. Especially the micro nutrients. Tons of good fat as well,great for testosterone. Provides you with so much selenium which is known to increase T and energy.

3 a day is the max according to ray peat, Cos 1 egg has 1 gram of pufa
this is why you should avoid supermarket eggs, i get my eggs from a local farmers market where the chickens are free to roam and feed on insects, but as long as you dont go above 5g pufa per day and have sufficient vitamin e intake you should be fine per ray peat and haidut

eat zero eggs for 4 weeks and check your lipids then start eating 3-5 a day for the same duration and recheck lipid panel. Lots of people wont see a difference but if your apob particles shoot up then read the literature on ldl and cvd risk. If you find it convincing then the only logical thing is to stop eating eggs and if you conclude that ldl is irrelevant for cvd then continue eating them.
