im pretty skinny so im planning to eat 8000 calories in fruits and veggies and meats a good idea im 49 kgs im planning to reach 73

Thats retarded because you can gain same amount of muscle while cutting instead of bulking and gaining fat. If you dont have too much fat rn just take your maintenance calories and if you are skinny then up you maintenance calories by 600 maximum if you are very very skinny. Retard low iq nigger

Bro is tryna tank his hormones and become humongously fat. There is no way you can gain any sensible fat/muchle ratio whilest bulking like that. It takes time, just eat in like a 300-500 calorie surpluss. Try it without any calorie counting at first (as calorie counting is staistically the greatest cause of most EDs), and if you can't (and you are genuanely underweight), count calories and/or consult with a profiessional
