Is eating more food at 13 more optimal? (im eating primal) or is trimming down to 12 percent body fat okay

Im asking this because i genuinely dont know how much eating more at age 13 will grow my bones and help me develop, and i dont know how much development id miss out on if i were to cut for about 2 months down to 12 percent bodyfat or 125lbs. i would like to hear opinions

Lots of meat, fruits, Dairy, eggs. If u cut at 13 your retarded, Ur going to hate yourself 4 being a tiny little manlet, plus your your skinny, a whore wont care abt Abs, Only Clavicles and Chest , KYS GREY

do not cut bro just eat ur maintanence aslong as ur not fat
 
Realistically 12% body fat isn't gonna look like anything since your only 13. May also reduce height growth. Start leanmaxing at 16-17.

I dont think eating more food will make you taller honestly. More like peptides.
 
be at minimum 15% body fat for ur age
