Proponents of of eating raw meat and raw eggs seem to say that it is more nutritious because cooking the meat burns away much of the nutrients. But doesn't raw meat and raw eggs have a high risk of carrying harmful bacteria that causes food poisoning such Salmonella, Listeria, Campylobacter and E. coli? This can be avoided by not buying meat from supermarkets and instead only good butchers?
How do the people who consistently eat raw meat avoid consistenly getting sick? How do they avoid getting tapeworms and parasites and horrible shit like that?
