Proponents of of eating raw meat and raw eggs seem to say that it is more nutritious because cooking the meat burns away much of the nutrients. But doesn't raw meat and raw eggs have a high risk of carrying harmful bacteria that causes food poisoning such Salmonella, Listeria, Campylobacter and E. coli? This can be avoided by not buying meat from supermarkets and instead only good butchers?
How do the people who consistently eat raw meat avoid consistenly getting sick? How do they avoid getting tapeworms and parasites and horrible shit like that?

Eating meat and eggs is a looksmax. Eating them raw has no benefits, in the case of eggs they are less bioavailable raw.

The truth is, raw meat is only healthy if it has the highest possible quality, i.e. best pasture grass, no pollution of the soil/air, no drugs that the animal gets, etc. and you can hardly find such things in the west (not even at the butcher jfl, only at friendly small farmers in some regions). That is the problem. And cooking does not destroy the nutritional value, most of the time, it makes little difference in terms of utilization whether cooked or raw. Only milk is very beneficial if consumed raw directly from the cow.

The risk of getting parasites and worms is very low if you are not stupid and dont eat supermarket fatty meat raw. It is also much higher with fish and even higher when you are on the beach and also depends on your immune system. This is very complex tbh.

Just eat meat, fruits, potatoes, eggs, white rice, carrots and so on cooked and you will be fine. Just dont eat processed food, inflammatory food (supermarket milk, oatmeal (will also fuck your test), low fat curd cheese) and green vegetables which you cant digest and you will be fine.

Then name me one representative study that takes into account all scientific quality criteria and conducts long-term or even cross-generational controlled studies in humans. Most studies are useless and biased. I can proof you with studies that a vegan diet is the most healthy one jfl

Yes I totally agree, that was my point. Then why did you do so much advertising for plant oils? Scientifically and biochemically speaking, is it harmful or was that just gaslighting?

the data doesn't make it out to be as bad as the cultists make it out to be
the problem is usually what seed oils are found in, in and off itself its not that horrible for you

Raw eggs have more micro nutrients, bar protein bioavailability. (You can probably train your body to digest raw meats by improving your gut health overtime. I eat slight cooked liver, raw eggs including the shell and drink activate charcoal all day and i haven't had digestive problems).
 
Raw meat (land animals) tastes horrendous. Raw seafood is only barely tolerable. I'm not sure if the nutritional benefits are worth the emotional headache that is eating raw meat.

idk how you come to that conclusion. raw meat is literally the tastiest thing there is. also

the shit about the bacteria is cope. been eating like this for months now. just make sure you are getting it from a good source like a farmer and that it s organic and don't store in plastics. i even tried self made high meat and didn't cause any problems.

raw chicken is horrible tho
 
Depends on the meat. Egg yolk is best raw, egg white is best cooked. Most beef & venison is best rare. Certain cuts and organs can be eaten raw though benefit is debatable because certain vitamins like vit C might be more available but theres a tradeoff with other nutrient absorption. Pork, chicken, turkey, etc are all best cooked.
