Is education more important than iq?

physics in high school is easy
i nearly offed myself when i realised how much harder the material is in uni compared to what i had in high school

JFL I was going to do physics, did well in high school, then I was lazy in college and did shit in my A levels. I am probably too stupid for physics anyway.

depends on who you work for
the niggas at twitter spend more time drinking coffee and discussing diversity than actually coding

It's not as interactive as something like a teacher or a doctor but it's not bad lol, before corona we had daily standups for 15-30 mins each morning, lots of mentoring/helping others, lots of architecture planning etc. etc. It's a good balance imo

Only reason I don't like it is because the nature of the job requires you to always be learning, I just want to chill.

Education is more important because IQ is useless if you can't get educated.

elaborate
iq is important in the sense that it will let you learn more faster, the higher it is, but being well educated is important because you will be very knowledgeable and will navigate the world better. having a high iq doesn't make you knowledgeable, and being well educated doesn't mean you can learn quickly or that you will pick up on patterns easily. neither really matters more than the other you need both in life.

IQ.
You can be a high IQ loser though, education shows you have a minimum IQ and other qualities that led you to achieve education (within a meritocracy).
