for example jogging.

many long-distance runners I see seem to look much older than they are. when I looked up the reason for this I read an article about it being caused by the high amount of sun exposure they get, but I doubt that even if they applied a sufficient amount of sunscreen every time they went for a run they'd look very different. just a hunch tho

imo its a cope from the website as it was a website designed for long-distance runners & to promote jogging if I remember correctly

however, a lot of normie youtubers are reporting substantial benefits after they started jogging every day, so I am considering making it a habit myself

whats everyone's thoughts on this?

terrible, it weakens your joints and tendons and turns your muscles into slow twitch

Yes. You should never run more than 200m at a time

cope running is the best exercise

In excess. Athletes also do cardio and their skin looks way healthier than normies and bodybuilders. Cardio improves blood flow. Key is in moderation, and don't do dumb shit like run for hours
