Is Erda safer in lower doses

So I was wondering. Because I Wanne start with erdafitinib not because it increases the height but also therefore it’s really cheap. I always hear that taking it brings risk of getting scoliosis or that you need spinal correction surgery so would it be safer if I only take it like every 3 days like 4 mg. Please give me your thoughts or knowledge about this topic
