Is Erdafitnib Worth taking?

ive done reserach into erdafitnib and other fgfr3 inhibitors, it gives SO MUCH height during puberty and even widens growth plates if they havent closed. but the side effects look really serious, can anyone with experience or people who have done alot of research tell me if its worth taking?
