Is estirol cream really needed with any normal skincare routine?

What’s the point of it if you are already getting strong enough collagen from tretinoin or tazarotene

Using estriol cream with tretinoin targets aging through two different biological pathways. Tretinoin speeds up surface cell renewal, while estriol rebuilds the deeper structural foundation. Estriol also improves hydration and barrier strength, which helps the skin tolerate tretinoin sides such as dry skin and irritation

But then again it's not really needed. I literally just use Azelaic Acid and Tret

try sleeping first with melatonin 3mg is enough, align ur circadian rhythm and see how better your skin quality gets naturally

So just get a good moisturiser? Why jump straight to estirol

Yeah, I personally use a moisturizer from ILLIYOON. Although it is like $40. There's no reason to jump right onto Est. Although doing it will do no harm either way

How would it even raise levels if it’s a topical
he means there is no point using it if u have 0 estriadol because if u have high estriadol then ur skin already has enough estrogen and u dont need to apply topical estrogen based creams.
