I think its impossible to be 'perfect'

everyone has a physical/mental disease to a certain degree albeit lower than others if that even counts

I guess so low that it doesnt even really count at all as one like some people are more susceptible to depression anxiety etc their body cant handle certain foods weaker bones etc
