My workplace is new with a ton of management from Montreal.
It is very chill, you can show up 15 mins late to work and be on time. Many ppl at my workplace come in late everyday or don't show up when they don't need to. I wear headphones while working
It's really about meeting our quotas and nothing else. We work when we're busy but when we aren't It's chill. There's no corporate bullshit.
