Being alone is factual but being lonely is mental. It's a mindset thing, I'm not gonna be one of those people who say "just learn to be alone" cause that's not how people work, a lot of people just need company cause of their brain wiring and will feel lonely very quickly. I'm fortunate in that I have never really needed people.

the only real advice I got is join clubs and stuff of things you like. If you want to start off small then go on Omegle or something similar.
